Zumba with Marielena
Feel the Rhythm, Burn the Calories
Get ready to groove and move with Marielena’s Zumba classes! These high-energy sessions combine fun, dance routines with an effective cardio workout. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned, you’ll love the rhythm and energy of this 45-minute class. Join us Wednesday at 7 PM or Saturday at 10 AM.

Yoga (Located in the Tennis Terrace)

Classes are held on Monday and Thursday at 7 PM. Drop in for just $15 per class, or commit to a full month of relaxation for $60.

Pedal Your Way to Peak Fitness

Held every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00-7:30 AM, this 30-minute session is perfect for an early-morning workout boost. With just $70 for 10 sessions, it’s an affordable and effective way to build endurance and burn calories fast. Reserve your spot today!

Cardio Tennis
No Racket Experience Needed!
Elevate your fitness routine with Cardio Tennis, a high-energy, full-body workout that combines tennis and cardio drills. No tennis experience required, so anyone can join the fun! Classes are available on Monday and Wednesday from 7:30-8:30 AM, and Friday from 8:00-9:00 AM for just $10 per session.
Burn calories, improve your agility, and enjoy a great workout outdoors.
